A Beginner's guide to Git| Episode 1 | Installation
Git is like clockwork alien for the files on our computer. Ben 10 Ultimate Alien Git is a version control system that manages the history of files as they go through edits and changes. But Git does more than it's definition. Here is a quick walkthrough to install git on your pc: For Linux Folks: Fire up the terminal and type "sudo apt install git" (Debian OSs like Ubuntu, Mint etc.) In the terminal type "sudo yum install git" (Red Hat-based OSs like Fedora, OpenSuse etc.) For Windows Folks: Search in your web browser git download and click on the link which looks exactly like this https://git-scm.com/downloads 😁(yeah you can directly click here). After the download finishes click on the downloaded installer, then click on 'next' button until you get the 'install' button. Once you do click on it. As the installation finishes you can right-click anywhere in the empty desktop, and lo-behold there is a git bash option in the menu <insert gif> click on that and you are ready to go!
